Cancellations on quarterly or annual plans run through the current period; we don't issue partial refunds, but you keep access until the period ends.
What counts as a seat? ▼
A seat is a manager: anyone who manages the warehouse, builds pick lists, sends quotes, schedules crew, or handles billing. Crew who only view their own schedule and pick lists are always free, with no limit.
