Can I prepay for a quarter or a year? ▼
Yes. Pay annually and get two months free (for example Starter is $990/year instead of $1,188). Quarterly billing is also available. Cancellations on quarterly or annual plans run through the current period; we don't issue partial refunds, but you keep access until the period ends.
What counts as a seat? ▼
A seat is a manager: anyone who manages the warehouse, builds pick lists, sends quotes, schedules crew, or handles billing. Crew who only view their own schedule and pick lists are always free, with no limit.
Is Stagera free to try? ▼
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required. You don't pay until you're live and running your first event.
Can I cancel anytime? ▼
